Eden Developments has been in the sector of real estate development since 1994. The company has acquired an immense amount of experience in the real estate market of Egypt.
Across the years, Eden Developments has managed to deliver an enormous number of projects in the commercial and residential asset-lines, utilizing the company’s
capital, and/or inviting external investors to inject funds in lucrative projects.
Founder and Managing Partner: Moataz EL Azar. Graduated from The American University in Cairo (AUC) in 2000
Major: Political Science and Minor: Economics
After graduation, he worked for one year at the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR) and later joined the family business of real estate development of standalone buildings which started earlier in the 90s in Heliopolis and Nasr City.
